By signing up for a membership or paying a monthly fee, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are physically capable of participating in strenuous exercise programs.
All membership registrations and monthly renewals are processed securely via SSLCOMMERZ payment gateway. You agree to provide valid credit/debit card or mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) details. Payments are charged in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
Members must abide by the rules of their selected GYMZONE branch. GYMZONE reserves the right to terminate memberships without a refund if a member engages in misconduct, harassment, or damage to gym property.
Physical training involves inherent risk of injury. GYMZONE, its management, and trainers shall not be held liable for any personal injuries, medical emergencies, or lost personal belongings sustained on gym premises.
GYMZONE reserves the right to adjust branch operating hours, update equipment layout, or modify membership pricing with prior electronic notice to the members.
